Progression

Honesty (Lunaria rediviva)

Progress . . . Pure and Simple (Photo credit: epicnom)

“Women and men have been and will always be equal in the sight of God.” ~Bahá’u’lláh

This is the perfect month to reply to a good friend from high school who ask me when he read my blog to not discriminate against men.  The quote above is my reply.  We are for the progression of humankind.  W.H.A.T.!is from a women’s perspective . . . because we are women.

Also to respond to questions about the affirmation for the month.  What characteristics make up your power?  Here’s an example.  As Elaine and I prepare for our book launch on Feb 16th, self-publishing took on a whole new meaning.  I would have to self-publish another book to explain.

All I can say is the words that best describe our character are honesty, truthfulness, and quality.  Our monthly pocket planner is color, industry standard . . . black and white.  The planner is spiral bound with a purple spiral for an added touch, industry standard . . .bind.  The paper is top quality heavy weight, industry standard . . . not so much.  The cost is low at $9.95, industry standard . . . higher.

So as we continue on through the self-publishing process, the basic foundation of our character will not sway.  We may have to make some executive decisions along the way . . . but we will stay true to service to humanity, being pure and honest in all things, and always helping to inspire others.

Love the flower! It’s beautiful. Your quote speaks volumes as it relates to our place in this world. God created us all equal. We may be of different genders from a worldly perspective, but you put it quite eloquently when you said “Women and men have been and will always be equal in the sight of God.” ~Bahá’u’lláh. Thank you for the beautiful words of wisdom. Love your post!

I would have to add one more characteristic about you and that is humility. You NEVER brag and boast about your accomplishments, you thank your higher power and keep on moving! That’s what I love about you Ness. May God continue blessing you. Expect nothing but the GREAT!!!!!
